Skills Gymnastics Class with Flyaways North Gymnastics SKILLS GYMNASTICS CLASS -Ages 6-11 (boys and girls) 3:45pm to 4:45pmOur Skills Class is designed for school-aged gymnasts ready to take their training to the next level. Whether they’re brand new to gymnastics or building on previous experience, athletes will work on progressive skills across all apparatus — floor, bars, beam, and vault — with a focus on proper technique, strength, flexibility, and coordination. In a supportive and motivating environment, gymnasts set personal goals, learn new skills step-by-step, and gain confidence in their abilities. This class is the perfect mix of hard work, skill mastery, and fun, helping each gymnast grow at their own pace while fostering a love for the sport. MONKEY GYMNASTICS CLASS - Ages 3-6 (boys and girls} 5:35pm to 6:35pmOur Monkey Class is the perfect introduction to gymnastics for energetic preschoolers ready to swing, jump, and tumble on their own! Designed for developing independence, coordination, and strength, this class introduces foundational gymnastics skills on the floor, bars, beam, and vault — all at an age-appropriate level. Through engaging obstacle courses, skill stations, and imaginative activities, kids learn balance, body control, and beginner technique while also practicing listening, teamwork, and following directions. With plenty of encouragement and a focus on fun, this class helps little gymnasts build the confidence to climb, leap, and roll like a pro.PARENT TOT CLASS - Ages 18 mo.- 3 years (boys and girls) 4:50pm to 5:35pm This fun, high-energy class is designed for our youngest gymnasts to explore movement, build coordination, and develop confidence — all with a parent or caregiver by their side. Together, you’ll enjoy guided activities that include basic tumbling skills, balance beam walks, climbing, jumping, and more, all in a safe, padded environment. Through play-based instruction, children strengthen their muscles, improve motor skills, and learn to follow simple directions, while parents get tips on how to encourage healthy physical development at home.
