2024 Baseball Activity Fee

2023-24 East Central Activities Fee The Activities fee is required to play in all sports offered at the 7th - 12 grade level at East Central, this includes the following: Fall Sports: Cross Country, Volleyball, Football, Cheer Winter Sports: Basketball, Cheer, Hockey, One Act Spring Sports: Track, Baseball, Softball, Trap Shooting, Golf. EAST CENTRAL STUDENT FEES East Central has set the activities fee for all sports except trap shooting AND hockey as follows: $50.00/athlete per sport. Hockey is $150.00/student. Trap Shooting is $105.00/student. (Plus an additional $40.00 fee paid to the Clay Pigeon Association. Your coach will contact you on the steps needed to enroll in this and the deadline to do so). Children's Summer Musical 2024

Join us on an extraordinary journey as Miss Amber leads us through the magical world of "Willy Wonka Jr." Prepare to be captivated by the colorful characters, catchy tunes, and heartwarming story that will transport you to a land of pure imagination. Let your inner child shine as you immerse yourself in the enchanting world of this whimsical Youth Musical. Get ready to experience a delightful performance that will leave you with memories to cherish forever. Join the enchanting fun today - don't miss out on the magic! Willy Wonka Jr. Open to students 2nd grade - 12th grade and community area students. Rehearsals will be June 10 - June 13th from 12:30-4:30, and June 17-18, and June 20 - 21 from 12:30-4:30. (No Rehearsal on June 19th to observe the holiday) The Performances will be June 21st at 7pm, and a Performance on Saturday June 22nd show time will be 2pm - call time 11 am. Students should stay after rehearsal on 6/21 for a light dinner pot luck, and then get ready for the show. Call time will be 4:30 on Friday. Students must be able to attend all rehearsals & the show. All youth actors will sing & dance on stage. Most characters will have lines to memorize. Grades/Ages: 2nd Grade - 12th Grade (23/24 school year) Cost: $75 for the first child & $60 for each child after in the same household Important times and dates: Rehearsal Times: June 10th - June 13th - 12:30-4:30pm June 17th - June 18th - 12:30-4:30pm June 20th - 21st - 12:30-4:30pm Pick-up at Flagpole doors Showtime Performances: June 21st, performance is at 7pm. *All students are there at 4:30pm to get ready for the show.* June 22nd performance is at 2pm *All students are there at 11am to get ready for the show.* Other Information: Please bring a snack and a sealed water bottle for your child each day, we will take a break during each rehearsal. Safe Sitter

SAFE SITTER BABYSITTING TRAINING SPACE IS LIMITED TO 20 Safe Sitter® is designed to prepare students in grades 6-8 to be safe when they’re home alone, watching younger siblings, or babysitting. The Instructor-led class is filled with fun games and role-playing exercises. The cost is $32. Classes designed for 11-14-year-olds Each class is limited to 20 students The curriculum includes infant/child CPR Please pack a lunch Graduation ceremony to follow. Parents are asked to attend! Check in is at 8:45 - if your Welia registration forms have not been completed, parents need to check in and fill out the paperwork. 2024 Girls Softball Coach Pitch Youth softball is an opportunity for girls in grades 1st-2nd grades to learn more about the sport of softball. Students will gain a basic foundation of the sport to prepare them for future softball play. Practices: Mondays and Wednesdays from 5:00-6:00 p.m. (June 3, 5, 10, 12, 17, 19, 24, & 26) on the South Softball Field ** Watrin 5 Photography will be taking team/individual photos on June 10 during practice ** We will potentially be adding a scrimmage with an area team at the end of the season to allow our players the chance to see the game come together We will be utilizing the app Heja for parent communication once registered. This will assist with any updates or canceling practices due to weather. Students will need to wear comfortable shoes and clothes (dress appropriately), and bring a water bottle and glove. GRADES: Grades 1 - 2 in the 2023-24 school year COST: $30.00, this INCLUDES a t-shirt *To guarantee t-shirts, the last day to register is May 17, 2024.
